Refund Policy
This page explains how refund requests for an Orbialis license purchase are handled.
No Subscription
Orbialis is sold as a one-time software license. There are no recurring subscription fees for the license offered on this website.
Checkout Handling
The purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record. Payment handling and any refund processing may therefore also be handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Voluntary Refunds
There is no blanket voluntary money-back guarantee. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, for example where verifiable technical issues or delivery errors occurred.
Statutory Rights
Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer protection rights and statutory remedies for defective digital content where applicable, remain unaffected by this policy.
Withdrawal for Digital Content
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for online purchases. For digital content, that right may expire if the customer expressly agrees during checkout that performance starts before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. The actual checkout declarations in Lemon Squeezy are decisive.
Lemon Squeezy's Role
As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy may process refunds and chargeback prevention under its own policies. According to current Lemon Squeezy documentation, Lemon Squeezy also reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase in certain situations.
