These terms govern the use of the Orbialis website and the provision of the Orbialis software license.
Scope
Orbialis is software for DSLR astrophotography workflows. Your purchase grants a software license for the provided application. No subscription and no separately hosted cloud service are sold through this website.
Sale via Lemon Squeezy
Purchases are processed via Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record. Contract formation, payment handling, invoicing, and tax treatment in checkout follow the applicable Lemon Squeezy terms.
License Use
The license permits use of the purchased software within its intended scope. Resale, sublicensing, or abusive sharing of the license key is not permitted unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
License Validation
Initial activation may require a connection to Lemon Squeezy's licensing service so that the entered license key can be registered and validated. This does not create an entitlement to a continuously hosted service beyond the technical license check.
Availability and Updates
The website and software may be changed, updated, or further developed over time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no guarantee is made regarding specific features, ongoing updates, or continuous availability of online components beyond what is technically necessary for license validation.
Acceptable Use
Use must comply with applicable law. In particular, you must not bypass security mechanisms, disrupt operation, or infringe third-party rights.
Liability
Liability for damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The only exceptions are cases where liability is mandatory under applicable law; statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
